We only shipped doing business hours Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 4:00pm EST.

Sorry, we do not shipped out on the weekend or holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for Pretty Mink Lash to process your order after a complete payment. Normally ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY.

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Only which usually takes 1-3 business days not including holidays or weekends.

FRUAD ORDERS:

Any high fraud orders are automatically canceled NO EXEPTION!

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGE PACKAGE:

Pretty Mink Lash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If the tracking number stated your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it. Please contact United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

No Returns/Refunds or Exchanges, NO EXEPTION! All Sales & Shipping Prices are FINAL.
